Qualifications
• Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and craft cocktails.
• Previous experience providing bartender service required.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends [day shift 5-10p, night shift 10-4a]
Responsibilities
• Provide great customer service to all guests.
• Utilize POS System
• Keep bar stocked with all canned and bottled products, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records.
• Clean bar, glassware and service areas.
• Maintain inventory control through conscientious use and careful monitoring of all food and beverage products and communicate with management in a timely manner when supplies are needed.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state liquor laws and standard operating procedures provided by the management.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
• Perform opening and closing duties including but not limited to: inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
• Be accountable for checks and cash transactions, and follow proper cash handling techniques.
Pay rate:$15/hr
