Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service.
Sell products and provide or coordinate services to achieve the daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Keep the store clean and orderly and set up displays and arrange merchandise on counters or tables to promote sales
Learn to perform basic diagnostic and basic repairs and be willing to keep learning along the way.
Manage inventory involving parts and accessories ensuring appropriate stock at all times
Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a good attitude, answering customers’ questions, and providing information about the repairs or their status.
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements
Cell phone repair experience preferred and be a quick learner and have willingness to learn
High School diploma or equivalent
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as teamwork and collaboration skills
Ability to work with a minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as well as holidays
Have a reliable form of transportation and be willing and able to travel to customers if needed
Spanish is a plus
