Installs electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, motors, heating units, conduit systems, or other transmission equipment.
Repairs, tests, and maintains electrical equipment, machinery, and systems such as generators, motors, and lighting systems.
Performs inspection rounds of electrical equipment and maintains records and schedules of tasks and inspections.
Performs general maintenance on equipment, machinery, and facility.
Organizes all work assigned and complete accurately and on-time all work tickets and required paperwork.
Supports electrical requirements of HVAC and other trades as required.
Keeps electrical spaces clean, leaves work sites in better condition than when arrived.
Fully documents work order steps, enters log notes, condition, and makes recommendations for improved maintenance.
Identifies additional maintenance needs requiring attention and report those to the appropriate supervisory personnel.
Provides physical support as needed and directed for the various tradesmen in the company and assisting subcontractors as assigned.
Organizes all work assigned and complete accurately and on-time all work tickets and required paperwork.
Maintains effective communication with Project Management/Supervision/Employees and customers.
Presents a professional, positive, and helpful attitude at all times when interacting with customers, co-workers, and supervision.
Operates equipment and vehicles. Perform pick up of supplies and or materials.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Mandatory:
Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance/Base Access.
Be a citizen of the United States.
Submit to and successfully pass Pre-employment Drug Screening and Background Check.
HS Diploma or equivalent.
Electrical Journeyman’s License.
Qualified Electrical Worker
Minimum of three years’ experience in the Electrical trades.
Valid State Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Ability to work in extreme work environments, such as heat, cold, heights, confined spaces, excessive noise, etc.
Be physically cable of performing the physical requirements of the position on a daily basis. Able to work a non-traditional work week, to include evenings, weekends and/or Holidays as work demands dictate and/or directed by the Superintendent.
