Our successful candidate must possess the following…..
•Leading a team to adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize cost, including food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor cost.
•Good sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of the restaurant.
•Maintaining professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniform and appearance standards.
•A safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents.
•Investigating and resolve complaints as they arise concerning food quality and service.
Required:
•ServSafe certified; if not we will train you and pay for the classes and pay you to take the class.
•Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation back and forth to work and open availability and valid car insurance
•Eligible to work in the United States.
•Able to use hands and arms a repetitively, stand for long periods of time and have the ability to lift over 50 pounds.
Prior experience:
Minimum of one year of management in a pizza restaurant would be great but if you have restaurants experience, we would love to speak with you.
