Our availability for studios, 1,2 & 3 bedroom apartments have changed. Most apartments will not be available until after October 20th. These apartments are currently occupied and once available, will be ready for move in dates for early to mid-November. Currently, we have very limited apartments to show. We are offering a special that requires applicants to apply within 24-48 hours of 1st inquiry to receive waived fees. These fees include application fee ($50) as well as move in fee ($150).
To apply one must present or upload on line all income documents to include paystubs ( 2 -if paid bi-weekly and 4- if paid weekly). We also accept last year’s filed taxes (Form 1040) as well as Offer Letter if newly employed within the last 30 days or offers fo future employment. We do not accept bank statements. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Please be advised that simply submitting an application on line is not the complete application process. Once income qualified, leasing staff will screen your information for credit and criminal background. Once this is complete, your application must be approved by both leasing and property manager for final approval. Once your application is screened and approved, please wait for official welcome/approval letter (email) from leasing staff.
