General Help – Manufacturing (Savannah)

The purpose of our General Help Position is to assist our manufacturing operations through the completion of various tasks.

The following is a list of primary job duties and responsibilities for this

• Keep work area neat and free of dirt and trash.
• Use all personal Protection Equipment required and follow all company safety policies.
• Coordinate and communicate with all other employees to assure proper workflow of product.
• Receive and follow instructions given by your direct supervisor in a timely manner.
• Be able to perform various duties in the plant based upon production needs.
• Wear safety glasses and OSHA approved steel toed shoes at all times in accordance to the company safety policy.

Qualifications desired but not needed include:
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficient in basic math skills required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills required.
• Basic computer skills needed.

Physical requirements

Position can require the lifting of heavy parts on special occasions. Position requires employee to have great hygiene cleanliness throughout the day and proper use of proper protection equipment provided by the company.
