Job Duties
At the Direction of the Property Manager be able to diagnose and perform routine maintenance or repair and do make ready work.
Tasks to be performed:
Some Electrical and Plumbing
A/C and heating system maintenance/repair
General Make Ready
Change locks and make keys
Execute Tenant Work Orders
Maintain an Organized workshop
Applicant Qualifications
Must have relevant experience in maintenance or construction.
Must have own tools, and reliable transportation
Qualified applicants must successfully complete a drug screen and a background investigation.
Normal Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
Willing to be on-call for after hours or emergency situations
$20/hour depending on experience and a free apartment after 90 day probation period for the right candidate.
