This is a normal size bedroom with a shared bathroom . This room is furnished(full size bed) . Rent is $800. Utilities and internet are not included. It’s based on our usage(runs $80 in average).

This three bedroom house is located in the White Flint/North Bethesda, MD Area. Very close to Pike and Rose (bars, theater and restaurants). Very convenient to NIH. It is located approximately a mile off of I-270 exit 4A. It is about 20 minutes walk to White Flint Metro and there’s also bus stop right in front of the house if you don’t want to walk to metro(C4 and C8 buses) which takes 5 min to the metro station(White Flint/Twinbrook). The driveway is in front of the house if you have a car. Also, there are a lot of grocery stores around including Whole foods, Harris Teeters, Giant, Trader Joe’s, Mom’s organic market etc. There is a walkway to Rock Creek Park and you can enjoy beautiful days with jogging and biking. I am a professional and would like to welcome either a student or a professional.
