I’m looking for a dining room table/chairs and furniture for a back tv room/sunroom that opens up to a spacious deck.
BEDROOMS:
We have one sunny room with large closet and lighted ceiling fan for $1200. Beautiful wood floors.
The other is a bright and sunny 2 bedroom suite with big windows ideal for 2 friends. If shared by 2, rent is $825 each and the 2 of you would have your private bathroom. If rented by only 1 person wanting a bedroom and separate office space, the rent is $1475 with shared bathrooms.
A credit check will be done by property management office and there is a $50 fee.
