FOH Shift Lead (Williamsburg)

* Overseeing shift operations
* Assigning duties to staff during shifts
* Providing customer service and managing complaints
* Provide quality control checks to ensure our products are being made to standard
* Managing register cash drops
* Train and coach new employees
* Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to management
* Ensure health and safety standards are followed
* Resolve conflicts between workers
* Foster and maintain a positive work environment

* Proven experience as a Shift Leader or relevant managerial role
