What we’re Looking for:
Operators must have experience operating skid-steers, rollers and pavers. Laborers, asphalt raking experience and pipeline installation experience is great, but not necessary as we are committed to training and building a talented team with a wide array of skills and unlimited potential.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment drug testing
• Flexible work schedule
• Keep safety top of mind and in practice
• Ability to work outside, in a desert climate
• Work well under pressure as part of a team
• OSHA 10 Card for General Construction & Safety within 15 days of hire
