Administration and Book Keeping responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Answer phone calls, schedules meetings and support company promoters.
• Carries out administrative duties such as writing quotations, updating projects online etc.
• Exhibit professional communication via phone, email, video calls and in person.
• Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintenance of accounting records.
• Responsible for data entry of financial data and corresponding filing of documents.
• Ensure that accounts payable are verified and paid within a timely manner.
• Ensure the collection of accounts receivable are collected promptly.
• Issue and create invoices, POs, bills etc., via Quick Books.
• Maintain the annual budget.
• Complies with federal, state and local legal requirements.

Requirements (skills and qualifications):

• Accounting degree or equivalent (Please state in your resume).
• Three years of administrative and book keeping experience.
• Proficient in Quick Books, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with emphasizes on Excel.
• Reporting skills, administrative writing skills and verbal communication.
• Analyzing information, problem solving and professionalism.
