Responsibilities include:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, forward or reply to incoming phone calls and emails
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and
brochures)
• Assist with various projects (ie. post listings, keeping information on website and other venues accurate, updating
window display and etc.)
• Manage and maintain all internal databases
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties for Broker/Agent
