Busy Real Estate Office seeking Part-Time Weekend Receptionist!The ideal candidate is tech savvy, loves to learn new skills, hardworking, great at interacting with customers and agents, and proficient at prioritizing tasks and working independently. Real Estate admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities include:
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Answer, screen, forward or reply to incoming phone calls and emails
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and
brochures)
• Assist with various projects (ie. post listings, keeping information on website and other venues accurate, updating
window display and etc.)
• Manage and maintain all internal databases
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties for Broker/Agent
