Cherry Blossom Home Care is currently seeking compassionate, experienced, professional, and reliable Register Nurses, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs and Home Health Aides to join our team and provide exceptional care to our customers. Must have open availability. In this position, you are responsible for providing personal care and designated health related services designed to maintain the client’s physical and emotional well-being. We currently serve Prince Georges, Montgomery, Howard. & Anne Arundel County.

Responsibilities and duties:

*Assist clients with personal care, including dressing mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene, eating and transporting to doctor’s appointments.

*Maintaining open communication between families and health care professionals regarding the client’s medical and emotional condition.
Ensure highest clients’ safety and well-being
Transportation to and from doctor’ s appointments, family visits, shopping excursions and family vacations
Personal Hygiene, toileting, dressing and maintaining the appearance
Light house keeping
Medication reminder
Take and record vital signs
Register Nurse (RN) Clients Initial assessments, Reassessment & Medication Administration Delegation

Experience:

Healthcare, 1 Year (Preferred)
LTC, 1 Year (Preferred)

License:

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Preferred)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (Preferred)
Home Health Aide (HHA) (Preferred)
Certified Medical Tech (CMT) (Preferred)
Registered Nurse (RN) (Preferred)
