Who we are is Customized Trucking Services. We are looking for safe Class A Owner Operators to join our Team in Jacksonville FL. We do not believe there is a shortage of professional drivers, we believe there is a shortage of good companies for drivers to join!

• Our Goal is to generate $2,500 – $3,500+ a week in revenue to your tractor
• $1.27 per mile loaded
• $1.10 per mile empty

• Fuel surcharge is currently $$$% of the linehaul – Changes with market and right now its crazy

Accessorial Pay items (more detail):
– HAZMAT endorsement pays additional $.10 per mile for loaded miles (on HAZ loads only)
– Overweight loads pay additional $40 per state and $.10 per mile for loaded miles (on OW loads only)
– Detention pays $40 per hour after 2 hours. Must be on time and communicate properly

Our minimum requirements are:
• Minimum 18 months Driving experience in the past 48 months
• Minimum 22 years old
• No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No serious Traffic Violations in the past 3 years (Unlawful speed +15mph or over posted speed)
• No DUI/DWI in past 10 years
