Donor Relations Manager – $75K-$85K – DC (washington, DC: district of columbia)

About You:

• 2+ years of hands-on development support experience, individual giving preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience using a data management platform preferred.
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional oral and written communication and project management skills.

The Job:

• Work directly on donor relations, individual giving, and major gifts.
• Support donors and manage relationship building with current and prospective funders.
• Handle acknowledgement letters.
• Draft donor communications and segment lists appropriately.
• Provide additional support and complete additional tasks as needed.
