This is an entry level position as property management assistant, no experience needed. Training will be provided.
RPC Realty is looking for a Part-time (30 Hours a week) or Full-time property manager assistant whose salary and structure will be based on experience and skill level. A real estate license is a plus! (Leasing and Sales commission available with a Real Estate license).
Requirements:
– Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish.
– Having an active real estate license is not necessary, but preferable. (Leasing and Sales commission available with a Real Estate license).
– Must come to work at the office (Is not a remote position). Office Located in Tamarac by North University Dr and W McNab Rd.
– Must have an active driver’s license and reliable transportation to be able to drive to the rental properties, when necessary.
Job duties and responsibilities:
– Communicate with tenants about their rent payments and property maintenance requests.
– Communicate, manage, and coordinate vendors about the property maintenance.
Compensation
– Pay structure will be based on experience and skill level.
– If a Real Estate License is active, employee will be able to continue working with his clients/listing plus the brokerage clients/listing.
