We offer one of the largest collections of whiskey in the Western hemisphere in addition to refined yet classic, comfort American Southern cuisine.
We can offer 3 to 4 server shifts per week.
Our style is casual fine dining and we strive to offer warm, professional and knowledgeable service.
Primary duties include:
– Following steps of service to greet guests, take orders, serve and clear food and beverages
– Adhering to proper cash handling procedures
– Efficiently communicating to team members in order to ensure guest experience is up to standard
– Maintaining proper organization and cleanliness of dining room during setup and breakdown
– Service with a hospitable and pleasant demeanor at all times
Requirements:
– Two to three years of full-service restaurant experience
– Strong food and beverage knowledge (especially spirits knowledge)
– A strong sense of urgency and ability to anticipate guests’ needs
– Ability to flawlessly follow steps of service
– Must have Friday and Saturday availability
Compensation includes:
– Base hourly + tips (average $30-$35/hr)
