Maximize Your Profits:

When your clients sign up and pay you, simply add them to the Rent Access platform. Depending on your upfront charge, we recommend a minimum of $150.00 for one client, as we charge you a $75.00 fee to add your client to the Rent Access platform. This leaves you with a $75.00 profit. For two adults, if you charge $270.00 for the setup fee, your profits would be $135.00 for the setup fee.

Each time you secure a client, you’ll add their case to the Rent Access platform. Please note that we charge fees each time you add a client into the platform. You can pay these fees as you acquire new clients or add funds to your account for future clients.

Commissions and Earnings:

After adding your client’s case, it becomes your responsibility to guide them in submitting their documentation and selecting a property in Rent Access. Once this step is completed, we’ll take over your client’s case and apply to their chosen property.

When we successfully secure an approval for your client, you earn a commission of 20% of the broker’s fee. For instance, if the rent is $1750.00, the broker’s fee is also $1750.00, and your commission will be $350.00 for that approved case. We typically pay your commission within 48 hours of the fee being paid, provided you’ve set up your account through Stripe to receive payments directly to your bank account.
