Looking for someone with minimum 3 years manager experience. Good with expediting and leading a team. Works well under pressure. Supervise a small team of cooks. Must know how to cook and follow recipes. Must be able to run the kitchen and oversee the cooking staff. Delegate and expedite orders. Fast paced work environment. Bagging and sending out orders to delivery drivers and sending out pickup orders. Must be fully vaccinated and be able to show proof. Serious inquiries only. Manage a team of 3 cooks and 6 drivers. Make sure staff is on time for their shifts. Cooking is apart of the job. Handling live blue crabs! Must be ok with lifting heavy pots. Immediate hire! ServSafe managers license is a must.
