The menu is seafood driven with traditional Japanese cuisine and techniques, with a rotating specials board based on fresh fish and seasonal produce. The sushi station is conducted by 2 team members working on nigiri, sashimi, and maki. The hot kitchen will be in small teams, with team members working grill, fry, and sautée, plating dishes such as bao buns, yaki, tsukune, and kraage.

167 Sushi Bar is open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday & located at 289 East Bay Street, Downtown Charleston.
