We are looking for skilled Painters to paint the interior and exterior structures, buildings and other surfaces. Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures etc. Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary. Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint etc. Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material (e.g. plaster) Mix paint and other materials to prepare the right color or texture. Paint surfaces according to instructions with various tools, also apply varnish and other finishes, calculate costs and negotiate prices. Adhere to all health and safety precautions.
Handyman:
We are looking for a reliable Handyman to undertake upkeep and repair tasks at the interior or exterior on different sites. Perform light repairs, routine landscaping on the grounds, paint, fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.) Undertake light installation or carpenting (e.g. build cabinets). Repair equipment or appliances. Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing or HVAC repairs. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks (e.g. shoveling snow). Identify and report the need for major repairs.
