Medical Receptionist 1

Looking for a couple of “Early Birds” who are Motivated and Positive!!That’s right you guessed it, we open early, 7am to be exact. We are looking for someone who can arrive at 6:30am to open the office.

Solano Spine & Sport is a very well – established treatment facility in Falls Church. It serves a wide spectrum of clients, from professional athletes, to desk jockeys, to weekend warriors, with intention of providing personalized recovery from injury and relief from chronic pain. We are currently expanding our practice and would like to hire a Professional Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator.

We are looking for a Receptionist & Patient Care Coordinator that are confident in their abilities and skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to greeting patients, scheduling, collecting payments, and syncing schedules. We need a team player that can accomplish tasks under pressure, yet still stay calm and collected. We like to laugh, smile, and have fun. All while putting in a hard days work.

Room for advancement, uniforms scrubs are provided at no cost, bonuses, and professional development opportunities will be made available. Complimentary chiropractic care and massage therapy will also be provided. That’s right, we practice what we preach.

Hours are Tuesday through Thursday : 7am – 6pm & Friday: 7am -12noon. Approximately 35 hours per week.

1 Year of Medical Office Experience is a Must!
