Physician or Nurse Practitioner will perform physical exams that primarily test function and range of motion. The sole purpose of the exam is to provide information in order for a determination of disability to be made. NO doctor/provider relationship will be established. You will not have to provide diagnosis, treatment or follow-up services. Up to18 physicals per day. Payment is per day worked. There is no overhead to you. All patient appointments will be made and confirmed in advance. Report can be written (following a template provided) or dictated. Opportunity is available one to two days per month, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Requirements: stethescope, otoscope and current license to practice in Virginia.
