Seeking an organized and responsible Property Maintenance Manager to oversee nine office locations throughout Northeast Florida. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of both mechanical and technical work, and have excellent leadership skills. You will direct and oversee all daily maintenance activities and track progress of ongoing projects, property upkeep, and necessary repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee, manage and direct all maintenance procedures and operations
• Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple properties
• Perform repairs, installations of fixtures and appliances, and replacement of damaged systems
• Diagnose and repair problems with building heat, electricity, and water systems
• Locate competitive subcontractors for major projects
• Be on-call to respond to emergency issues
• Oversee repairs
• Create a work environment with safety as a high priority
• Record and track daily progress/error reports
• Maintain vendor relationships and order new materials as needed
• Enforce all health and safety rules and regulations according to state/federal laws and company protocol

Requirements and Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED certificate
• Vocational or trade school certification preferred
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Physical ability to bend, crouch, and lift objects throughout the workday
