WHAT WE DO:
-Educate people on financial literacy; specifically how to grow and save money.
-Provide life coverage, mortgage protection, final expense, and retirement protection policies with access to advanced market products such as Indexed Universal Life and Fixed Indexed Annuities.
-Design policies to fit our clients needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-18+ years old and High School Diploma or GED
-Good communications skills and the ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with your clients;
-Highly ambitious, competitive, goal oriented, with an entrepreneurial spirit;
-Burning desire to run your own business;
-Type of person who knows how to follow a system and work the system
-Has a sales background from industries such as Real Estate, Financial Services, Insurance, Medical Sales, Car Sales, Marketing Firms, etc.
-Must be comfortable with making commission only with no base pay
-Has an life insurance license or willing to become licensed
-Last, but not least loves to travel and likes to have fun!!!

FULL TRAINING IS PROVIDED:
We work with agents 101 to help develop them, but we also do group trainings 3x weekly to help build confidence, pratice scripts, how to write policies, how to set-up social media to obtain clients, etc. etc.
