Remote Sales/Acquisition – No Experience Required (Remote) Crown Property Deals

How it works:
After you contact us, we will schedule a phone interview with you to go over all the details that you will need to get the job done. All you will need is a smartphone, a quiet setting, a computer, and internet access. Further below, we will list qualifications and responsibilities. However, when you begin working with us, your primary responsibility will be calling people who are likely interested in selling their home for a cash offer. We will provide you with training, scripts, and ongoing mentorship to help you become the best acquisitions associate possible. Once we’ve completed our phone interview, and after you have reviewed the scripts used to speak with homeowners, we will jump on another call to answer any more questions that you may have.

As soon as you feel that you’re ready, the fun and money begin. You will be given a detailed list of warm and hot leads. You will work your way down the list and reach out to the homeowners. When a seller displays interest in the cash offer you give them (We teach how to do this in the training), your role ends – we’ll take it from there. Once the offer is finalized on our end, you will receive a 10% commission from the profit, and we will pay with either a direct transfer or check.

Also worth noting, we are not here to sell you a dream. Other remote opportunities that you may find suggest that you’ll only need to work a couple of hours a day to make tons of money. With this job, you’ll want to put in as much time as you can. The more time you put in, the more deals you close – which means more commissions. If you close at least 1 deal per week, you will receive a bonus. Each deal results in an average commission of $1,500-$2,500 and our bonuses typically average $1,500-$2,000. If you’re only planning on putting in 2 hours of work a day, you will be lucky to close 1 deal a month. We are seeking motivated individuals to join Crown Property Deals, a rapidly growing real estate investment company. No real estate license or prior experience is necessary, and the position is entirely remote. This is a commission-based role, with a potential income exceeding $100,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

Manage, build rapport, and nurture warm and hot leads provided by the company
Conduct calls with sellers motivated to sell their houses quickly for cash (nationwide)
Overcome objections and negotiate effectively
Maintain leads and ongoing follow-ups with prospects
Utilize technology, including smartphones and computers (knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus)
Engage in cold calling to spark conversations about our innovative offerings
Arrange and manage appointments, delivering unique experiences for potential leads
Skillfully navigate follow-ups, ensuring no opportunity is left behind
Identifying potential investment properties through various channels such as MLS listings, off-market sources, networking, and more.
Conducting thorough property evaluations, including market analysis, comparables research, and financial assessments to determine investment viability.
Negotiating with sellers and making offers to secure properties at favorable terms and prices, while maintaining strong professional relationships.
Collaborating with our team to develop and execute effective acquisition strategies based on market trends and company goals.

This position is open seven days a week, and contractors can choose their available workdays and hours within the 9 am to 7 pm window. All applicants start as independent contractors, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
