Responsibilities:
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our packages
Answer questions about the packages
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree
Very Good English.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Telesales.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales target preferably over the phone
Ability to learn about packages and describe/explain them to clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Fixed Working Hours: from 8 am to 5 pm including 1 hr break
Friday OFF – Saturday from 12 pm till 5 pm including 1 hr Break
Basic Salary up to 8k + Commission up to 3k
