We are looking for a leader, independent thinker, who has a keen eye for details; can take ownership and make decisions.In your roll you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations which includes: staffing, training, scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, building maintenance, food and safety planning, guest service relations and budget adherence. In addition, you must optimize profits and ensure guest a positive dining experience.

Position Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have the following:
Prior restaurant management experience with a focus on bar operations and other FOH functions
Proficient in personnel management
Proficient in guest service (never say no attitude), table maintenance
Proficient in MS word, excel, Restaurant POS systems
Knowledge of P&L
Looking to grow
Prior experience managing an opening restaurant a plus

Expected work conditions:
Must have open availability (weekdays, weekends, open to close)
Expect a 45 to 55 hour work week most of the time
Expect a five day work week most of the time
Don’t expect to work every weekend
Expect prolonged standing, bending, twisting and communicating with your team and your guest.
