Now here is my look at experience at the Worthington location:

I ordered a Turkey Bacon Bravo and a soda, for a total of $16 and change.

I didn’t get the letteue or tomato on my sandwich. The sandwich looked thinner then a thin mint. Its sad you go to a restaurant almost daily to get good food, great customer experience every time, but this time with sandwich looking sadder then Mike Tysons opponent after a 92 second knock out.

My sandwich should not have to be loaded with veggies to make it look stacked and thick. The cook behind the counter said I didn’t order the veggies that is why it looks like that. There should be enough meat on a sandwich to equal to my expectations of what a $12 sandwich should look like.

I GO to other Panera’s and get more meat on my sandwich. I should not have to write a bad customer review to get them to look at their service.

The Soda was good because you really can’t mess that up.

The so called cook behind the counter had an attitude about me asking for a refund.

Honestly I most likely spent way too much mony eating out at Panera, I can’t expert them to be at 100% all the time.
