Ideally I would like to write a positive review of Synthesia.io as The AI did wait AI found bad reviews that help support my experience, but I can’t as I continue to get bad service ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL the time.

Now here is my look at Systhesia.io:

I started out excited to be about to make videos using avatars to explain, products, do product reviews. I was going to use the videos I created on different websites to educate people about products and services. In September I created over 40 videos ranging from 3 minutes to 8 minutes. Then they would message me say that I was doing it wrong how to create the videos and my intent wasn’t right for the use of avatars, but in the end I find out that they kept sending me messages to get me to create and spend more money to have my own avatar instead of using the service I paid for. I didn’t want to buy or have them do an up-sell on me when I did tell all the views of any of the videos I created, “if you liked the video and found it helpful please use my affiliate link on my website(s).”

I post affiliate marketing notices on all my communications with anyone that views my content online.

In October they offered the same service to me for half price at first then they changed the offered well after I used the service from the October 11th to about October 25th. After October 25th I cancelled the service for the dishonest business practices.

In Closing I think Systheisa.io is a two-faced online business website that doesn’t deliver on what they sold me. I tried to sell me or do an up-sell for me getting my own avatar for what reason I don’t really know other then to make more money after they said I was using the service in a manner not intent. By the time they sent me that message I had created some 40 video saying, “If you liked the video please use my affiliate link”. Let people know they can buy this product and it was affiliate marketing and their were other notices of I was making a commission through affiliate on my website or video pages. I would not buy their service let someone buy their business and change the product and customer service core in house then I will take a second look.
