  • Invest in energy efficiency and green infrastructure, including weatherizing homes, upgrading industrial processes, and building a 21st-century transportation system with expanded public transit, electric vehicles, and safe pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure.
  • Increase funding for career-technical education through a $200 million investment in Career-Tech Construction Grants to address waiting lists and support programs aligned with Ohio’s Top Jobs List.
  • Allocate $2.5 billion through the All Ohio Future Fund to support site infrastructure, attract new businesses, and encourage workforce development across the state.
  • Expand broadband access with $403 million in federal funding to build high-speed internet infrastructure and increase adoption in underserved communities.
  • Support innovation hubs near anchor research institutions with $150 million to boost research and development, create new jobs, and strengthen economic conditions statewide.
