Advanced SystemCare & Glary Utilities: These “optimization” tools promise performance improvements but often slow down systems, make unapproved changes, and bundle unwanted software. They are largely ineffective and can cause instability.

Shopping Browser Extensions (e.g., Honey, Rakuten): Track browsing habits, flood users with pop-ups, and can compromise security during online transactions. Manual deal searching is safer and more effective.

Free VPNs: Many collect and sell user data, defeat their own purpose, and are vulnerable to breaches. Use trusted, paid providers with transparent privacy policies instead.

Google Chrome (if avoiding tracking): While functional, it’s not ideal for privacy-focused users. Consider Brave or Firefox for better privacy protection.

Flash Player: Deprecated and unsafe—no longer supported by Adobe and a major security risk. Remove it immediately if still installed.
