Samsung: Go to Settings > General & Privacy > Terms & Privacy and turn off Viewing Information Services and Interest-Based Advertising. On older models, check Support > Terms & Policy.
LG (webOS): Navigate to Settings > General > System > Additional Settings and toggle off Live Plus. Also disable Limit AD Tracking and content recommendations in the same menu.
Roku TVs: Go to Settings > Privacy > Smart TV Experience and uncheck Use Info from TV Inputs.
Amazon Fire TV: Select Settings > Preferences > Privacy Settings and toggle off Automatic Content Recognition, Device Usage Data, and Collect App and Over-The-Air Usage Data.
Sony (Android/Google TV): Go to Settings > Initial Setup > Interactive TV Settings and set Samba Interactive TV to Off. Also disable Ads Personalization under Settings > About > Ads.
