Bluebella is a British direct-to-consumer lingerie and nightwear brand (mid-range luxury, ~4.0/5 overall) known for bold, contemporary designs — sheer superfine mesh, architectural strapping, embroidery and satin — aimed at women who want fashion-forward, “underwear-as-outerwear” pieces. The “World’s Biggest Online Fashion Show” was its May 2020 lockdown campaign (created with agency My Perfect Cousin), in which 200+ customer models filmed themselves walking a #VirtualRunway from bedrooms, kitchens and hallways worldwide.
Overall review (2026): Design and fabric quality are the standout strengths; the main trade-offs are inconsistent sizing (many customers size up, bottoms often run large) and limited full-bust support in the strappier styles. Trustpilot ~3.5/5; most praise design, comfort and packaging, with occasional delivery delays.
10 popular pieces — day vs. night
| Piece | Best for | Why |
| Bluebella Nova Bra | Night / statement | Iconic open-cup, minimal coverage, high visual impact |
| Bluebella Colette Bra | Day | Lightly padded balconette; everyday wear with a luxury touch |
| Bluebella Emerson Bra | Day-to-night | Delicate lace + bold straps; feminine yet structured |
| Bluebella Lia Polka Dot Longline Bra | Day | Sheer mesh with polka-dot appliqué; moderate support, versatile |
| Bluebella Amarosa Suspender Set | Night / boudoir | Floral-embroidered sheer mesh, suspender belt + removable neck harness; style over support |
| Bluebella Presley Satin Flared Trousers | Day / lounge | High-rise, elastic waistband, side pockets; fluid satin loungewear |
| Bluebella Naya Kimono | Night / lounge | Timeless black; “bathroom to bedroom” layering |
| Bluebella Amina Wired Body | Night | Fiery-red teddy; seductive, “sets pulses racing” |
| Bluebella Adelita Bra & Brief Set | Night / special occasion | Deep blue embroidered mesh; a lingerie-lover’s favorite |
| Bluebella matching pyjama set / chemise | Night | Sleek matching nightwear, playful teddies, decadent chemises |
Quick takeaway: For day, pick the Colette or Lia bras and Presley satin trousers (comfort + moderate support). For night, go with the Nova, Amarosa, Amina, Adelita sets and Naya kimono (dramatic, sheer, strappy). Size up if between sizes, and don’t expect strong support in the most strappy designs.
