MALACHI: The LAST Prophet Before Heaven Went SILENT for 400 Years

Malachi is recognized as the last prophet of the Old Testament, with his writings concluding around 430–400 B.C., after which no new inspired Scripture or prophecy was recorded for approximately 400 years until John the Baptist appeared in the New Testament. This period, known as the Intertestamental Period, was a time of significant political and cultural upheaval where God did not issue new canonical revelations, though historical events fulfilled earlier prophecies.
