Plumbers and HVAC Technicians are also in critical deficit, as half the plumber workforce is over 50 and climate demands have pushed HVAC needs to record highs. Welders and Diesel Mechanics are equally scarce, with the welding workforce shrinking by over 400,000 in the last decade alone.
